For cold masses: Boil agar agar with approx. 200 ml of liquid in a saucepan for 2 minutes. Then stir in the cold ingredients and quickly fill them into the appropriate form. When adding whipped cream (e.g. for cake fillings), let the hot mass cool down a little, otherwise, the cream will melt. For hot masses: Before boiling, add agar agar to the liquid and let it boil for at least 2 minutes. Chill for 1-3 hours, depending on the recipe.
If you are working with acidic liquids or vinegar, use twice the amount of agar agar!
