1. Dry Local Products (No Refrigeration Required) – Cairo & Giza

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered the same day.

2. Fresh Products (Refrigerated Delivery) – Cairo & Giza

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered the same day.
  
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the next day.
  

3. Customized Bakery Products (Pre-Order)

• If not available in store, items are listed as Pre-Order.
  
• Preparation time: 3–7 days for Cairo & Giza.
  
• Orders outside Cairo & Giza may require additional time.
  
• Delivery method and timeline are confirmed with the operations team.
  

4. International Products (Pre-Order)

• Delivery time: 7–14 days from order confirmation.
  
• Full prepayment is required.
  

5. Orders Outside Cairo & Giza
