Ingredients:
- White rice flour
- Brown rice flour
- Whole quinoa flour
- Tapioca starch
- Potato starch
- Tri-calcium phosphate
- Food emulsifiers of vegetable origin
- Food stabilizers (gum arabic, carob gum)
- Alpha-amylase enzyme
Weight: 1000 g
How to Prepare:
- Mix 3.5 cups (500g) of Crystal flour, 2 cups of warm water, 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of yeast (8g), and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
- Gradually add water and oil, mixing by hand or using a mixer until a cohesive and smooth dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
- Shape the dough and place it in a preheated oven at 200°C until fully baked.
