Refund policy


EatGoodCo Refund Policy 

1. Fresh vs. Non-Fresh Food

  • Fresh food items (e.g. bakery, dairy, produce) are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Other food products (non-fresh) can be refunded if:
    • You request the return within 3 days of receiving the order
    • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition

2. International Orders

 

If you paid for international shipping and the order:


  • Arrives late
  • Arrives damaged
  • Doesn’t match the product specifications 


➡️ Then you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement, even after 3 days.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or proof of issue
  • Description of the problem

 

 

 

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable if there is no fault from our side.
  • If the delay, damage, or mistake was Eat Good’s responsibility, shipping fees will also be refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send us:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund
  • Any evidence (photos, tracking info)
