Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. 

If your shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Then we expected 1 to 2 days of delay due to the high numbers of orders

Shipping by Aramex depends on the weight of shipments and destination zone, and the shipping cost may vary from our default shipment cost.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Dear customer, you will receive the confirmation to the order by email or WhatsApp during the same day of ordering.

Damages

Eat Good is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days in case of the order delivered with wrong items or any item was expired or damaged before it was handed to the shipping company.

 

We don’t accept returns on the fresh products but we can refund you if the fresh product was damaged before it was handed to the shipping company.
