How Do We Turn Chickpeas into Healthy Bread?
• After soaking and drying chickpeas, they are ground into flour. We then add chia seeds, flax seeds, Arabic gum powder, psyllium husks, Himalayan salt, and olive oil in precise amounts.
• The chickpea bread is baked and frozen to ensure it reaches you in the best quality.
