EatGoodCo Refund Policy
1. Fresh vs. Non-Fresh Food
- Fresh food items (e.g. bakery, dairy, produce) are non-refundable once delivered.
- Other food products (non-fresh) can be refunded if:
- You request the return within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition
2. International Orders
If you paid for international shipping and the order:
- Arrives late
- Arrives damaged
- Doesn’t match the product specifications
➡️ Then you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement, even after 3 days.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos or proof of issue
- Description of the problem
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if there is no fault from our side.
- If the delay, damage, or mistake was Eat Good’s responsibility, shipping fees will also be refunded.
4. How to Request a Refund

- The reason for the refund
- Any evidence (photos, tracking info)
