Depending on the region and family in Korea, Kimchi is made differently. At Fairment, we use napa cabbage, leeks, garlic, and ginger. We intentionally avoid fish and soy sauce, as well as too much chili, so we can offer you a soy-free, vegan, and mildly spicy Kimchi.
