Ingredients
White rice flour, brown rice flour, whole quinoa flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, tri-calcium phosphate, food emulsifiers of vegetable origin, food stabilizers (gum arabic and carob gum)), alpha-amylase enzyme
Weight: 1000 g
How to prepare :
3.5 cups corn-free crystal flour 500 grams, 2 cups warm water, 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons yeast 8 grams, ½ teaspoon salt.
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl
Gradually add the water and oil and mix by hand or in the mixer until we get a cohesive and smooth dough
Leave the dough in a warm place until it gets double in size
Put the dough after shaping in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it is completely done
