Chickpeas are naturally gluten-free and provide an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein that the body needs. Additionally, chickpea flour is low in calories and carbohydrates, making it a perfect choice for those on a diet and for individuals with gluten intolerance. It’s also more beneficial than white flour.

How Do We Turn Chickpeas into Healthy Bread?

• After soaking and drying chickpeas, they are ground into flour. We then add chia seeds, flax seeds, Arabic gum powder, psyllium husks, Himalayan salt, and olive oil in precise amounts.
• The chickpea bread is baked and frozen to ensure it reaches you in the best quality.

Natural Ingredients:
All bread varieties are made from natural ingredients after soaking the required flour for more than 12 hours. Additional ingredients include chia seeds, flax seeds, ground psyllium, Arabic gum powder, extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt, and matcha to boost metabolism.

Each kilogram contains 16 pieces of bread.
