Eat Good’s Shipping Policy

📦 Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

• Cairo & Giza:

  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed after 12 PM

• Other Egyptian Cities:

  • Delivery within 1–3 business days

• Customized or Pre-Order Items:

  • Delivery within 3–5 business days

• Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: 100 EGP

  • Fresh Products: May require an additional 50 EGP (based on packaging and delivery method)

🌍 International Shipping

• Delivery in 10–14 business days

• Full payment is required in advance for:

  • Customized items

  • Freshly baked goods

  • All international orders

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days, but you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order if:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item was expired or damaged before shipment

• No returns on fresh products, but refunds may apply if the product was damaged before shipping
