Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.

Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.

How to Properly Heat Bread
The final and most crucial step in preparing bread is heating it correctly. To achieve a perfect result in terms of softness and ideal texture, it must be heated properly:
1. Microwave Heating:
• Heat the bread for just two minutes, and you’ll enjoy a texture and flavor as if the bread has just come out of the oven.
2. Stovetop Heating:
• Place the bread under the stovetop grill for two minutes to ensure a delicious taste and unique aroma.
Important Notes:
• For the best results, the bread must be heated at a very high temperature to activate the binding agents that maintain its softness and structure.
• Improper heating may lead to the bread tearing or losing its texture.
• Avoid leaving the bread directly on the kitchen countertop or cold surfaces without heating.
