Cairo & Giza (Dry or Fresh Products):
Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.

Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.

Preparation
Per egg: 7 g (1 heaped teaspoon) of egg substitute + 50 ml sparkling water → stir = ready!
After that, add other liquid ingredients (e.g. oil, plant-based drink, etc.) and then mix with the dry ingredients (e.g. flour) into a smooth batter.

Chicken eggs can be replaced with many plant-based alternatives such as applesauce, bananas, flax or chia seeds, soy flour, or silken tofu. However, fruits often leave a distinct taste in the baked goods, which doesn’t always fit. Other alternatives require grinding, soaking, or other preparation steps.
