Cairo & Giza (Dry or Fresh Products):
Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.
Wholesale & Subscriptions: Flexible delivery options and special discounts.
Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Biovegan Organic Egg Substitute (“Mein Ei-Ersatz”) is a 100% plant-based powder that replaces whole eggs in cooking and baking. It is ideal for vegans, people with egg allergies, or anyone looking for an egg-free option. One 20 g pack replaces approx. 4 whole eggs.

Usage
To replace 1 egg: stir 5 g (approx. 1 teaspoon) of powder into 50 ml of water. Add the other liquid ingredients and whisk until frothy, then combine with the well-mixed dry ingredients into an even batter.
