Delivery Policy
Cairo & Giza (Dry or Fresh Products):
Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.
Wholesale & Subscriptions: Flexible delivery options and special discounts.
Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.

Kimchi is sour fermented napa cabbage and pairs well with almost any meal! It is preserved through wild lactic acid fermentation, without the use of additional starter cultures.
Depending on the region and family in Korea, Kimchi is made differently. At Fairment, we use napa cabbage, leeks, garlic, and ginger. We intentionally avoid fish and soy sauce, as well as too much chili, so we can offer you a soy-free, vegan, and mildly spicy Kimchi.
Wildly fermented, without additives, and unpasteurized, our quality Kimchi not only provides a wealth of vital nutrients but also packs a punch of probiotic power. It's perfect as a side dish for various meals or enjoyed on its own. Best served cold.
