Cairo & Giza (Dry or Fresh Products):
Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.
Wholesale & Subscriptions: Flexible delivery options and special discounts.
Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.

A vegan probiotic supplement combining three researched Bacillus strains with organic acacia fiber, zinc, and B-vitamins to support digestion, gut microbiome balance, and everyday immune function.
Ingredients: Organic acacia fiber powder, magnesium citrate, Bacillus subtilis, zinc gluconate, Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus clausii, niacinamide (vitamin B3), copper gluconate, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (vitamin B6), sodium riboflavin-5'-phosphate (vitamin B2), capsule shell: HPMC (vegetable cellulose).
