Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3โ7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7โ15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3โ5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100โ250 EGP.

Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
