Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.

Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.

What are MCTs and C8 MCT?
Medium chain triglycerides (MCT) are fats with a chemical structure that can be easily digested by the body.
C-8 MCT is the specific MCT that is the most efficient and gets converted fastest into ketones. Therefore, it provides a larger number of ketones, which are also faster than other MCTs. By measurement, the typical increase in blood ketones is 0.5 mmol with 1 tablespoon C-8 MCT within ~15 minutes. Please note: Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil is made from the same C8 MCT. Both the upgraded octane oil and our pure C8 MCT oil are produced from the same caprylic acid triglyceride MCT.
For athletes:
Athletes often sip on carbohydrate-laden drinks during training. MCTs could be an alternative. Like other fats, they offer more energy per ounce than carbohydrates, but unlike normal fats, this energy can be released quickly and thus helps to increase performance.
