Cairo & Giza (Dry or Fresh Products):
Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.
Wholesale & Subscriptions: Flexible delivery options and special discounts.
Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.

A proprietary blend of the most beneficial known strain of Lactobacillus acidophilus, synergistically combined with three other genetically distinct probiotic organisms and the prebiotic Inulin, is designed to aid in the maintenance of probiotic activity in the intestine.
Suggested use
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Other ingredients
Whey, inulin, gelatin, cellulose, citrus pectin. Contains <2% of: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Contains milk ingredients (whey).
No added sugar, salt, preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.
