Ingredients
Naturata Organic Molasses Yeast flakes are 100% organic yeast cultivated on sugar beet molasses. The yeast flakes contain a high content of B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, B9). Since these vitamins are very sensitive to heat, molasses yeast flakes should not be cooked, but only the finished foods are added.
How to use
Already 1 tablespoon of VITAM yeast flakes ensures your daily supply with vitamin B1. And the other B vitamins are included plenty as well. An optimal supply of these vital substances is especially advisable for women of any age, athletes, and teenagers.
