Delivery Policy
Cairo & Giza (Dry or Fresh Products):
Orders before 12 PM: same-day delivery | after 12 PM: next-day delivery.
Shipping fee: 100 EGP.
Urgent orders or far areas may be delivered via InDrive or similar apps; fees may increase with prior customer approval.
Custom Bakery (Pre-Order): 3–7 days within Cairo & Giza.
Imported Products (Pre-Order): 7–15 days, full prepayment including all costs + 100 EGP local shipping.
Outside Cairo & Giza:
Prepayment required.
Dry orders: 3–5 days, 100 EGP (remote areas 150 EGP), may vary by weight.
Fresh orders: refrigerated delivery with ice box, additional 100–250 EGP.
Wholesale & Subscriptions: Flexible delivery options and special discounts.
Return Policy
Fresh products, custom bakery items, and pre-orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.
Dry products may be returned or exchanged only in case of a defect or an error on our side, within 48 hours of delivery, subject to customer service approval.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Description:
Sosa Fruit Pectin NH is a plant-based gelling agent for jams, fruit jellies, glossy fruit glazes (nappage), and fruit fillings. It is a heat-reversible pectin: the gel can be melted by heating and sets again as it cools. You mix it with sugar, add it to fruit puree or juice, and bring it to a boil. It works best with at least 40% sugar.
Ingredients: Amidated pectin (E440ii).
